HEAT LEVEL: 85 - 87 Degrees
MadBarre is best described as a challenging sculpt and tone class that combines traditional barre, pilates, traditional sculpting and a sprinkling of yoga. We incorporate light weights, resistance bands, balls and pilates rings to make workouts interesting and effective.
These workouts focus on the core and the lower body, especially the glutes (aka build a booty) and hamstrings (aka reduce the dimples on the back of your legs). This class challenges a wide range of ability levels and backgrounds. Just like all the classes in the MadHouse MadBarre is taught multi-level and appropriate for all fitness levels. This class is a great way to build core strength, work the lower body and create beautiful long lean muscle.
