My yoga practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible, and fearless, both on and off the mat, and this is something I hope to share with others.  I became a registered yoga teacher (RYT200) through Perennial Wisdom Teacher Training. Like many people, I started doing yoga for the physical benefits and practiced on and off for approximately 10 years. In 2014 a breast cancer diagnosis changed the way I look at life and my yoga practice became an essential part of my recovery. The deeper, more spiritual benefits of yoga began to be revealed.  In my classes, you will experience grounding, foundational poses combined with a dash of power and a dose of inspiration.  I seek to help others thrive in their lives by learning to heal, nourish and nurture their mind, body and soul through a regular yoga practice.
