Whether you prefer loading up on weight or lifting a more moderate amount, this hardcore head-to-toe workout delivers a leaner and stronger you.
No cardio here — in A & D it’s lift, lift, lift!

We change the format in Armed & Dangerous every month to prompt muscle confusion, which allows for a zero plateau. no boredom allowed strength class.  Because  A & D is a highly coached class it is a wonderful place to start if you are unsure of your weight lifting form/technique.  No matter the size of the class individualized coaching in a group setting is our goal.
