HEAT LEVEL: 82 - 85 Degrees

MadFit is a high intensity low impact class. The class is a 50% low impact cardio and 50% resistance training. Time flies in this class because you're always moving and using bands, sliders, pilates rings and light weights.

This class is perfect if need or prefer to keep your cardio low impact.  This MadFit is suited for all fitness levels. It is also a great class to begin with if you are new to the MadHouse heat because it is taught at a moderate temperature relative to MadPower.

In MadFit Amped we up the temperature to 90 degrees, add Power blocks and high impact cardio to the mix. Literally we "amp" the intensity of MadFit!
